4. Services Provided
APEX PAN SERVICE provides online PAN card application, tracking, and related documentation services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the approval of any PAN application, as final approval rests solely with the Income Tax Department (NSDL/UTI).
5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and application.
- You shall not use our platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.
- You shall not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our systems.
6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation
- All service fees must be paid in advance through our secure payment gateway.
- We offer a full refund only if the service is not delivered due to our internal error.
- Refunds are not applicable if the application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the user.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment; after that, no refunds will be processed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on this website are the exclusive property of APEX PAN SERVICE and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEX PAN SERVICE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, data loss, or third-party actions.
