3. Account Registration & Security

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (User ID & Password).
  • You must immediately report any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
  • APEX PAN SERVICE reserves the right to suspend or delete any account found to be misused or fraudulent.

4. Services Provided

APEX PAN SERVICE facilitates online PAN card applications, status tracking, and document assistance. We do not guarantee approval, as the final decision rests solely with the Income Tax Department (NSDL/UTI).

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information in all forms.
  • Refrain from using the platform for any unlawful or malicious activities.
  • Not to attempt to breach the security or integrity of our systems.

6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

  • All fees must be paid in advance via our secure gateway.
  • Full refunds are issued only if we fail to deliver the service due to our own error.
  • No refunds for rejections caused by incorrect/incomplete information provided by the user.
  • Cancellation requests accepted within 24 hours of payment; post that, no refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and software on this website are the exclusive property of APEX PAN SERVICE and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX PAN SERVICE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use of our services.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. We are not liable for any technical downtime beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
